Who you're buying from
Practically Tanner is a brand of SciVitalBrands LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. Contact: support@practicallytanner.com.
Orders
An order is accepted once payment succeeds; we then send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order we can't fulfil — for example, if an item has gone out of stock or there's an obvious pricing error.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are shown in USD. Shipping, and sales tax where it applies, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe, which also emails you a receipt.
Promo codes
A promo code is limited to one per order. Promo codes have no cash value, and may expire or be discontinued at any time.
Made to order
Everything is made to order by Printful. Production and shipping times are Printful's own published estimates, not a guarantee — see our shipping and returns policy.
Cancellations
Email support@practicallytanner.com to cancel an order. We can cancel and fully refund it until Printful starts production. Once production has started, the order can't be cancelled.
Misprints, damage and returns
Handled under our shipping and returns policy: report a problem within 14 days of delivery. Because everything is made to order, there are no returns for a change of mind.
Lost packages
If tracking never shows your package as delivered, tell us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll file a lost in transit claim with Printful on your behalf — Printful's own filing window is 30 days from the estimated delivery date, and telling us promptly gives us time to file before it closes. If tracking shows your package marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, that's a claim against the carrier, not Printful: Printful's own policy doesn't cover it and won't refund or resend it, but we'll work with Printful and the carrier however we can.
Product appearance
Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed or embroidered product.
Your use of the designs
The designs are Practically Tanner's. Buying a product doesn't give you the right to reproduce them.
Liability and governing law
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Nothing here limits any right the law doesn't let a seller limit — you keep whatever consumer protections your own state gives you.
