What we collect
Browsing this site alone doesn't set any tracking cookies. When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email address and what you ordered, so we can fulfil and support that order.
Who we share it with
Payment: when you continue to payment, we send your name, email address and shipping address to Stripe before you pay, so it can work out any sales tax on your order. Stripe then processes your payment and emails you a receipt directly; we never see or store your card details.
Fulfilment: Printful receives your name and shipping address to make and ship your order.
Hostinger hosts this site and handles our email: order and shipping emails come from support@practicallytanner.com, and that's also where your questions reach us.
How long we keep it
Order records — your name, shipping address, email and what you ordered — are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting, then deleted. Your card details never reach us at all; Stripe holds those under its own policy.
If you start checkout but don't finish paying, we delete the details you entered after 30 days, along with the customer record we created for you at Stripe.
Your choices
Email support@practicallytanner.com for a copy of your order data, or to have it deleted. We delete everything except the order records tax law requires us to keep (the 7 years above).
